Emerson is looking for a Talent Programs Manager to work in our Enterprise organization based out of St. Louis Talent Programs Manager you will be responsible for the overall program development and management of Emersons early talent recruitment strategy. The role is designed to serve as a strategic partner to the business units and influence a streamlined approach to attracting and retaining top talent in the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in talent acquisition university relations program management and building strong customer relationships. This position will report to the Director Talent Programs.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Driving continuous improvement across deployed UR strategies for more impactful university partnerships and recruiting
  • Partner across business unit HR team members to drive a proactive early workforce planning strategy
  • Support alignment of tiered university recruitment model across US based outreach and ensure cohesive presence at multi-business unit engagements
  • Collaborating across multi-functional teams to improve Emersons brand reach through development of marketing material for various events
  • Develop Enterprise level programming to support business unit early talent programs
  • Performing market analysis on current university recruiting trends
  • Supporting inclusive candidate experience
  • Collaborate with University Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to ensure alignment of process & strategy
  • Partner with University Talent Acquisition Partner(s) to elevate early talent program participants eligible for conversion
  • Collaborate with internal Total Rewards and Performance Management teams to ensure talent market competitiveness and performance review strategy Leadership Programs
  • Support inclusive employee experience through continuous career tracking and coaching

  • Support the leadership program participants through facilitation of professional development programming and social activities

  • Partner across functional team members to ensure a positive experience

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Bachelors in Human Resources Business or related field

  • 5 years relevant experience

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate efficiently at all levels of the organization.

  • Travel will be required

  • Legal Authorization to work in the United States sponsorship will not be provided for this role

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Experience working in University Talent Acquisition

  • Masters Degree or equivalent advanced degree
