- BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
- Strong programming skills in Python Shell scripting Perl JavaScript and/or C# with emphasis on test automation and data analysis.
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Masters or Ph.D. preferred.
- Hands-on experience testing and validating WiFi systems in laboratory environments.
- Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems with demonstrated ability to create robust scalable test frameworks.
- Proficiency with RF test equipment including signal analyzers signal generators spectrum analyzers and WiFi signaling testers. Experience with CMW500 or equivalent platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with network analysis and debugging tools such as protocol analyzers Wireshark iperf and similar utilities.
- Experience in configuring and controlling access points (APs) and understanding of AP-client interactions is a plus.
