Job Summary

Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITY
核心职责
1. Job TaskTo plan organize coordinate and manage logistic operation for domestic shipments and deliveries to local customers.
2. Job Task Dealing with delivery complaints external warehouse and customer return cancelation delivery follow up with outstanding delivery schedule and other queries accordingly.
3. Job Task Responsible for preparation of shipping documents and ensure accurate declaration submission of shipping documents/reports.
CORE RESPONSIBILITY

1. Job TaskUpdate and maintain relevant data into system and proper filing of all shipping documents.
2. Job TaskVerify forwarder/ transporter invoices and apply BPM submission.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

1. Job TaskTo communicate and coordinate with Warehouse/Planner/CS/Production personnel on product delivery.
2. Job TaskCorrespond with CS regarding availability shipment date and method shipment tracking data and status.

1. Job Task: Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics & goods / stock reports for upper management.
2. Job Task:To carry out ad-hoc responsibilities and duties that may be assigned by the HOD and Management from time to time .

Qualifications

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:教育背景要求

Required/必需的Diploma

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:知识和经验

Required/必需的At least 2 years of related working experiences in Shipping Logistic Department and Warehouse operations

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:技术/技能要求
Required/必需的Computer literate
1. Preferred/优先的High sense of urgency. Good communication planning coordination and monitoring skills.
