Thats why were looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our South Region hospitals managing a small team of two Talent Acquisition Advisors and partnering closely with operational leaders.

This is a high-impact role where youll shape regional hiring strategies elevate our employer brand and ensure we attract the best talent to deliver outstanding care.

What youll be doing:

• Lead Talent Acquisition across our South Region hospitals overseeing delivery and performance of two Talent Acquisition Advisors.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build proactive data-driven hiring plans.

• Champion our employer brand in the market positioning Nuffield Health as a destination employer.

• Drive direct sourcing strategies build diverse talent pipelines and reduce reliance on agencies.

• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.

• Monitor key metrics including time-to-hire cost-per-hire and quality-of-hire to continuously improve outcomes.

What were looking for:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction ideally within healthcare or high-volume environments.

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

• Experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.

• A track record of reducing agency spend and improving direct sourcing effectiveness.

• Ability to build and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned to business goals.
