What Youll Do

As a Junior Crew Member (Casual) youll be the heartbeat of our kitchen and dining area greeting customers taking orders preparing mouthwatering meals and keeping everything looking sharp and clean. Youll have the chance to grow and develop your skills in a fun and fast-paced environment!

Your Role In Detail:

• Greeting customers and providing top-notch service with a smile.
• Preparing burgers sides and beverages according to Burger Urge standards.
• Maintaining a clean safe and organized environment in the kitchen and dining area.
• Handling cash and card transactions and ensuring all sales are accurate.
• Training and learning new skills to keep up with Burger Urges evolving menu and standards.
• Working closely with your team to keep things moving fast and efficiently!

• Food Safety Certificate (or the ability to get one).
• RSA Certificate (must be obtained within 30 days of starting).
