TrueTimber Outdoors is a design distribution and sourcing company with over 100 employees located in Inman SC. The company specializes in apparel textiles and outdoor recreational accessories.
TrueTimber Outdoors is seeking an experienced and dependable full-time Office Building Custodian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep mop clean glass doors vacuum lobby each day.
- Remove trash from offices break areas conference rooms and restrooms once per week
- Sweep mop dust all conference rooms
- Sweep mop light dust and vacuum all office and cubicles weekly
- Cafeteria: Sweep mop wipe counters clean microwaves wipe facing of refrigerators and vending machines all twice per week. Wipe out refrigerators as needed.
- 8 Restrooms: Sweep mop clean toilets sinks and counter tops. Replenish paper towels toilet paper deodorizing spays and refill soap twice per week.
- Sweep spot mop fabric room.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Cleaning experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Manage time to accomplish all cleaning needs
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be dependable
