For our Talent Acquisition team we are looking for a Recruiter Intern who can join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Talent Acquisition Team to source select and hire qualified candidates to fill vacant positions
Support all the Italian territory in recruiting profiles operating in the Life Science field
Review applications and conduct interviews to obtain information regarding applicants work history education training job skills and salary requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Humanities (Communication Science Psychology Educational Sciences or similar)
Previous experience as a Recruiter/HR generalist in agencies or head-hunting organizations will be considered a plus but its not a mandatory requirement
Strong interest and curiosity regarding the pharmaceutical world and its professional roles
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word PowerPoint Excel)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to details
Good problem-solving judgment and decision-making skills
Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
