Role Summary:
To use standard processes and best practice and be responsible for the total production plan. To drive on time delivery through application of rigorous planning and ERP compliance. To identify prioritise mitigate and resolve delivery issues impacting the customer. Functionally drive the planning processes and ensure robust load capacity planning is undertaken within the value stream. To develop a team of competent & capable planning professionals.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place. Due to the nature of work the business conducts and the protection of certain assets we can only progress applications from individualswho are a UK national or in MoD approved cases a dual national.
