设备维护与保养
- 负责约克York冷水机组及其配套系统的日常维护定期保养及故障诊断
- 制定并执行预防性维护计划确保设备运行效率及可靠性
- 主导约克冷机大修工作包括压缩机更换冷媒充注等专业操作
标准化文件编制
- 编制暖通及其他系统标准操作程序SOP涵盖启停流程应急处理及维护规范
- 建立设备维护档案及故障案例库定期更新技术文档
数据分析与节能优化
- 通过BMS系统采集运行数据分析能效指标如COPkW/RT
- 识别能耗异常点提出并实施节能改造方案如冷冻水温度重置泵组变频优化
- 每月提交节能分析报告量化节能量及投资回报率
现场管理
- 监督外包服务商工作质量审核维保方案及验收标准
- 指导技术团队进行设备操作及基础故障处理
任职要求
专业背景
- 暖通制冷或相关专业本科及以上学历
- 5年以上商业/工业暖通系统运维经验其中至少2年专注约克品牌冷机
核心技能
- 熟练使用数据分析工具如Excel高级函数Python/Pandas处理运行日志
- 具备SOP编写经验熟悉ISO9001等质量管理体系要求
附加能力
- 持有制冷作业操作证如国内特种作业操作证
- 了解LEED/WELL等绿色建筑认证标准
- 优秀的问题解决能力及跨部门沟通技巧
