What you will do-
The Sales Incentive Specialist is critical in the process of Incentive compensation where the successful candidate will lead and drive this initiative to ensure compensation alignment with the companys business strategies goals and competitive practices. This includes partnering and influencing senior business leaders and to secure our strategy Pay for Performance by proactively and effectively build / update processes related to our SIC plans. As Sales Incentive Specialist you will lead the creation of analytics and KPIs related to Sales Commission data PTQ analysis and summarize findings to management teams across multiple countries and multiple franchises.
- Collaborates proactively with cross-functional teams to foster inclusiveness alignment and cooperation across a multi-divisional multi-country sales organization.
- Manages the end-to-end calculation coordination and accurate payment of sales incentive compensation (SIC) ensuring pay-for-performance principles are applied.
- Partners with Sales HR and Compensation & Benefits to design review and optimize sales compensation programs aligned with business strategy profitability and growth objectives.
- Develops and maintains systems processes and documentation for compensation tracking performance analysis and compliance with corporate policies.
- Provides regular reporting and analytical insights into payouts performance trends and territory alignments to sales leaders and regional management.
- Leads the communication training and change management of compensation plans ensuring clarity adoption and standardization across countries.
- Conducts advanced data analysis and supports ad hoc projects to inform decision-making and drive simplification and standardization of commission structures.
- Ensures compliance with Strykers Code of Conduct legal standards and ethical practices while maintaining confidentiality and upholding integrity in all activities.
