Job Summary

Summary:
Were seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to lead our talent acquisition this role youll at least 50% of the time sourcing screening and coordinating interviews to help build high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting while also supporting broader HR functions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage job postings applicant tracking systems and candidate communications.
  • Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
  • Maintain metrics and reporting related to recruiting activity and outcomes.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support employee relations onboarding and HR compliance as needed.
  • Assist with HR related activities such as employee events employee relations training/onboarding coordination and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • HR Generalist experience a plus

Required Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist role in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
  • Previous experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday HRIS preferred

Level of Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration (Industrial Relations) or similar field from a accredited college/university
  • A PHR or SHRM certification preferred
