Summary:
Were seeking an HR Generalist with a strong background in recruiting to lead our talent acquisition this role youll at least 50% of the time sourcing screening and coordinating interviews to help build high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys full-cycle recruiting while also supporting broader HR functions.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for hourly and salaried roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage job postings applicant tracking systems and candidate communications.
- Represent the company at career fairs and networking events.
- Maintain metrics and reporting related to recruiting activity and outcomes.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Support employee relations onboarding and HR compliance as needed.
- Assist with HR related activities such as employee events employee relations training/onboarding coordination and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting (2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- HR Generalist experience a plus

Required Experience:
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a Human Resources Generalist role in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Previous experience supporting multiple business groups or sites is an asset
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Workday HRIS preferred
Level of Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration (Industrial Relations) or similar field from a accredited college/university
- A PHR or SHRM certification preferred
