About the Role
We are seeking an aspiring Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team specializing in sales and home ownership matters.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales & Home Ownership Support:
- Assisting with shared ownership transactions
- Supporting open market sales processes
- Helping with interim and final staircasing documentation
- Preparing initial licence to assign applications
- Providing administrative support for sales matters
- Conveyancing Assistance:
- Supporting property acquisition processes
- Preparing initial legal documentation
- Conducting preliminary property searches
- Maintaining accurate case files
- Ensuring compliance with basic regulatory requirements
- Client Service:
- Providing clear and timely communication
- Supporting Registered Providers and Developers
- Maintaining accurate client records
- Assisting with client queries
- Supporting team communication efforts
- Professional Development:
- Learning team processes and procedures
- Developing legal administrative skills
- Participating in team training
- Understanding housing sector fundamentals
- Contributing to departmental efficiency
