Description

As a Quality Engineer (CSN Champion) and technical support engineer youll be the driving force behind customer satisfaction and product excellence! Youll lead the charge in responding to customer complaints with speed and professionalism coordinating cross-functional investigations and implementing impactful improvements across manufacturing engineering as well as suppliers quality.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Respond quickly and professionally to customer complaints through close collaboration with Local Business Partner.
Lead investigations across product selection OE customer application manufacturing and supplier quality etc.
Drive corrective actions and ensure sustainable improvement across the whole processes such as manufacturing engineering as well as suppliers.
Analyze complaint data to uncover trends and improvement opportunities
Be the key interface between customers and internal teams to ensure customer focus solutions

Who You Are:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience or above major in Engineering or related field.
Experience in field service product design or manufacturing process engineering etc.
Strong communication in both Chinese and English
Familiarity with root cause analysis tools and quality improvement methods
Ability to work independently and drive cross-function initiatives

For This Role You Will Need:

Experience in control valve or industrial equipment manufacturing
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings with confidence
Basic understanding of material properties

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Hands-on experience in instrumentation roles within chemical plants power plants or similar industrial environments
Experience in control valve or industrial equipment manufacturing
Exposure to customer complaint handling or CSN-related roles in a global organization
Knowledge of supplier quality management and process validation
Familiarity with metal failure analysis
Advanced Office skills such as power apps automate Bi etc.
