About the role
As the first point of contact the Customer Service Advisor plays an integral role within VMCH. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing personalised 5-star customer experiences to both current and future customers by listening to their needs and enquiries proactively promoting VMCH services directing them to the appropriate area and accurately recording a summary of the conversation. This is a part time role 3 days per week based in the city office.
Were in a terrific city location just 1 min walk from Parliament station with easy access to plenty of shopping cafes and bars nearby.
About you
You have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in aged care and disability services you will be dealing with customers on the phone and face to face. You will be an exceptional communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills you display empathy compassion and understanding when supporting people from diverse backgrounds.
