About the Role

Were seeking a Database and Insights Lead to join our External Affairs team. This pivotal role oversees our fundraising CRM (currently Blackbaud Raisers Edge) leading data integrity hygiene analysis and insights to drive effective fundraising and marketing decisions.

Youll manage donations processing campaign data and supporter journeys producing insightful analysis and data visualisations that guide strategy and improve donor engagement. Collaboration across departments and with external partners is key.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and maintain the fundraising CRM (Raisers Edge) ensuring data quality and compliance.
• Extract clean and analyse data for fundraising campaigns (mail email telemarketing digital).
• Lead the development and implementation of LDHs data as it relates to fundraising campaigns (based on mapping of business user needs)
• Develop dashboards and reports to track fundraising performance and donor behaviour
• Support end-of-year financial reporting and audits.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• 5 years experience managing CRMs such as Raisers Edge (ideally in fundraising or not-for-profit).
• Skills and experience in data segmentation analytics and data visualisation.
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving and time management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Australian privacy principles and PCI/PII compliance.
• A collaborative positive and proactive approach.
