About the Role
Were seeking a Database and Insights Lead to join our External Affairs team. This pivotal role oversees our fundraising CRM (currently Blackbaud Raisers Edge) leading data integrity hygiene analysis and insights to drive effective fundraising and marketing decisions.
Youll manage donations processing campaign data and supporter journeys producing insightful analysis and data visualisations that guide strategy and improve donor engagement. Collaboration across departments and with external partners is key.
