Senior Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics Licenses and Permits Compliance Technology

Position Summary...

Join the Global Licenses and Permits Compliance Standards and Controls Team in an essential role developing and supporting program systems and technology. Reporting to the Director Global Licenses and Permits Compliance Standards and Controls the Senior Manager Licenses and Permits Compliance Technology in this role will be responsible for driving the strategic vision development and implementation of global Licenses and Permits Compliance technology applications. This person serves as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring innovative secure and efficient solutions that meet global standards.

This person will drive the strategic vision development and implementation of global License & Permit (L&P) technology applications. The person in this role will work between technical teams and business stakeholders ensuring innovative secure and efficient solutions that meet global compliance standards.

What youll do...

• Strategic Leadership: Defining and maintaining the roadmap for Global License Manager and related L&P technology applications aligning with business objectives and global standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Leading discussions with international markets to identify technology needs prioritize enhancements and establish business value and ROI.
• Technical Translation: Converting business requirements into actionable technical solutions and collaborate with development teams through design testing and deployment.
• Project Oversight: Monitoring timelines communicate progress and mitigate risks dependencies and technical challenges to ensure successful implementation.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensuring all projects adhere to security policies data governance and global L&P standards.
• Technology Champion: Leading a technology champions working group for international markets promoting best practices and innovation.
• System Implementation & Adoption: Coordinate rollouts deliver training and drive adoption while partnering with governance teams to maintain documentation and controls.
• Vendor Management: Support U.S. operations by managing vendor contracts approving payments and negotiating agreements for new vendors.

The annual salary range for this position is $90000.00-$180000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Human Resources or related field and 4 years experience in compliance ethics legal project management or related area OR 6 years experience in compliance ethics legal project management or related area. 2 years supervisory experience. 3 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
