Were looking to hire a Korean speaker for the Remote Site CoordinatorThe Remote Site Coordinator (RSC) is responsible for delivering remote facilities services as part of C&Ws Remote Site Management service capability within C&Ws Manila based Portfolio Services Centre.
C&Ws Remote Site Management service provides virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for our clients sites and operations across the APAC Region.
Job Description
About the Role
Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to the assigned sites via phone and/or email
Provide assistance to the on-site Facilities Management team to ensure timely and quality service delivery of requests
Create work orders and assign work orders to multiple technicians subcontractors and vendors
Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely courteous and professional manner Global Occupier Services
Assess clients needs and guide the client accordingly
About You:
- College/bachelors degree in a related discipline or equivalent
- Must have at least 1 year facility management and remote site operational exposures
- Highly proficient in spoken and written Korean and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably with familiarity in BPO set-up
