Customer Fulfillment ManagerJob Description
As a Customer Fulfillment Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation and fulfillment of customer orders and returns across multiple markets.
Your role:
- Support D2C operations by ensuring stock availability for online stores in Hungary Czech Republic Romania
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and back-office stakeholders to ensure fulfillment aligns with customer expectations.
- Balance stock levels across channels and act as a gatekeeper for stock protection.
- Prioritize customer orders and allocate stock accordingly.
- Monitor and manage master data accuracy and order scheduling activities.
- Support B2B operations by managing quotations master data settings and order prioritization.
- Handle escalations related to order monitoring and fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports using tools such as Excel (advanced formulas VLOOKUP) QlikView and Qlik Sense.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve fulfillment efficiency.
Youre the right fit if:
- 35 years in Supply Chain ideally in customer operations or fulfillment roles.
- Knowledge of SAP will be a strong plus
- Proficiency in English
- Excel skills (formulas VLOOKUP pivot tables) experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and hands-on approach.
- Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
