Customer Fulfillment Manager

Job Description

As a Customer Fulfillment Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal allocation and fulfillment of customer orders and returns across multiple markets.

Your role:

  • Support D2C operations by ensuring stock availability for online stores in Hungary Czech Republic Romania
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and back-office stakeholders to ensure fulfillment aligns with customer expectations.
  • Balance stock levels across channels and act as a gatekeeper for stock protection.
  • Prioritize customer orders and allocate stock accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage master data accuracy and order scheduling activities.
  • Support B2B operations by managing quotations master data settings and order prioritization.
  • Handle escalations related to order monitoring and fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports using tools such as Excel (advanced formulas VLOOKUP) QlikView and Qlik Sense.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve fulfillment efficiency.

Youre the right fit if:

  • 35 years in Supply Chain ideally in customer operations or fulfillment roles.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be a strong plus
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excel skills (formulas VLOOKUP pivot tables) experience with QlikView/Qlik Sense is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and hands-on approach.
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
