We have an exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to join our Commercial Support Business Engagement team in Mulgrave VIC!

The duties of the Commercial Support Coordinator include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities

1. Routine work

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally in a timely manner

Liaise between sales team with other departments (operation IT accounts marketing procurement QA and legal)

Coordinate meetings for sales staff nationwide

Process and keep records of claims from customer and sales team including travel requests leave taken sales expenses sales proposals price difference stock issue and etc

Maintain and update customers database accurately

Maintain and update sales teams call cycle and any special arrangement

Maintain product catalogue and promotional catalogue for sales team

Update sales team on new products and promotions

Generate reports (Deals MI/PI reports comp check)

Coordinate business plans for trade activities and sales report

Assist different Channels in Sales Department to process forecast on annual and ad hoc basic

Perform stock and deals management

Perform other duties that correspond to your skills knowledge and ability

The above may be subject to change from time to time and be willing to undertake any other responsibility as assigned by management as and when necessary.

2. Team guidance

Arrange temporary replacement work when the team members are on leave or resign

Arrange job rotation as and when necessary

Coach the team to finalize the job assigned in a set timeline

Report regularly to sales support managers the progress of the team and the work-related to different sales channel

To be successful you will need:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding in Chinese product and Chinese market
  • Strong communication skill
  • Strong computer skills in all Microsoft applications and programs; Powerpoint Excel and Word
  • Can-do attitude and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to solve issues and improve work efficiency and effectiveness
