As Head of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP & AR) you will lead efficient and compliant financial operations drive transformation and automation and play a key role in supporting our business growth and strategic goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Head of AP & AR your key responsibility will be to ensure efficient accurate and compliant financial operations. You will lead initiatives in finance transformation and automation while actively supporting business growth and contributing to the achievement of strategic objectives.

You will report to Group Accounting & Compliance Director. You will play a vital role in:

• Leading global AP & AR operations with a focus on efficiency compliance and service excellence
• Driving finance transformation through automation and process innovation
• Working on continuous improvement and digitalization of AP & AR workflows
• Acting as a strategic partner across finance supporting accurate reporting and business growth
• Empowering and developing a high-performing AP & AR team
• Shaping global AP & AR policies and ensuring consistent process adoption across markets
• Collaborating cross-functionally to improve financial processes and support scalable growth
• Contributing to monthly closings and financial reporting with high accuracy and timeliness

Specific experience and knowledge for this role:

• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Strong accounting background with experience across various local GAAPs
• Proven track record in managing AP & AR processes and service delivery
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Medius Suite
