For our Global Headquarters in Milan Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join ourGlobal Organization Effectiveness & Change Management teamresponsible for organization transformation and change management as result of the implementation of new business operating processes in the Company.

Does the opportunity sound interesting to you

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.

Youll be in charge of:

• Assisting in conducting analysis and interviews to understand the current state of processes/organizational design of different functions in order to identify areas of improvements;
• Supporting the Functions organizational development with dedicated projects to share and embed the new operating model;
• Assisting the Project Management activities (e.g. track project progress milestones key performance indicators)
• Contributing to the Change Management initiatives by designing materials and workshops
• Conducting data analysis and information harmonization;
• Creating engaging presentations and reports for the stakeholders using Excel and PowerPoint
• Partnering with many key stakeholders from multiple functions and geographies and with all the departments involved in the strategic projects.

You are the right person if you:

• Have a background in Economics Management Engineering or HR.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Speak English fluently and would like to work with multicultural teams.
• You are open to learning and you have a proactive attitude.
• You like to work with people interacting speaking and presenting to a diversified group of people.
• Are willing to work on multiple simultaneous projects and interact with various stakeholders.
