We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Commissioning Officer to join our newly established team within the Adult Social Care and Health Directorate. This role is a two-year fixed term contract to backfill a vacancy created by internal progression.
As a Commissioning Officer you will play a key role in supporting complex placements. Youll work closely with social workers and specialist providers to secure tailored care packages for individuals with diverse and often complex needsincluding mental health learning disabilities physical disabilities and dementia.
