Technology Delivery Lead
Location: Toronto Ontario (Hybrid) Practice Area: Technology & Engineering Type: Permanent
Lead the delivery of highimpact technology transformation initiatives.
The Role
Were looking for a seasoned Technology Delivery Lead to oversee complex endtoend solution delivery for our financial services clients. Youll work across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless execution client satisfaction and business value at every stage of the delivery lifecycle.
What Youll Do
Lead the planning and delivery of technology solutions across crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Oversee project governance ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met
Act as a strategic advisor to clients identifying delivery risks and opportunities for innovation
Facilitate agile delivery practices while driving continuous improvement across the team
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders managing expectations and reporting
What Were Looking For
Proven experience leading complex technology programmes in financial services environments
Deep understanding of project delivery methodologies including Agile Scrum and SAFe
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive teams toward successful outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Expertise in managing risks dependencies and change at an enterprise level
Bonus Points For
Previous consultancy or clientfacing delivery experience
Experience with cloud migrations or enterprise architecture transformations
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance drivers within financial services
Handson familiarity with tools like Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps
Certification in Agile or Project Management methodologies (e.g. PMP Scrum Master SAFe)
