ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Risk Operations Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in reducing loss and mitigating risks within the organization.

Your responsibilities will encompass system administration maintaining and developing processes and systems ensuring accurate user privileges and conducting regular audits. You will lead our PCI project coordinating compliance activities and aligning stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Based in the Geelong support office you will have the opportunity to work closely with wider business functions and risk teams to execute programs activities and training that align with our security safety and shrink focuses. Join us in making a significant impact on the security and risk management landscape of Cotton On.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

In-depth understanding of retail operations and commercial dynamics
Proven experience in loss prevention within retail and/or distribution centres
Experience in conducting investigations (preferred not essential)
Expertise in physical security controls and systems (preferred not essential)
Strong analytical abilities
Proven problem-solving skills and a track record of excellence in execution
