Job Summary
Customer Service & Trade Counter Officer (Plumbing & Irrigation)
Location: Mooroopna VIC
Hours: Full-time preferred (min 32 hrs/week) 1 Saturday morning per fortnight

Were looking for a motivated all-rounder to deliver exceptional customer service at our trade counter assist with shop presentation support marketing activities and manage inwards/outwards goods in our warehouse. This role suits a school leaver someone with retail experience and a solutions-focused mindset or a tradie ready to get off the tools and help customers solve real plumbing and irrigation challenges.
What youll do:
Serve customers in-store by phone and email
Process orders quotes and payments
Assist with stock control receipting and dispatch
Support marketing initiatives and promotions
Learn or apply domestic irrigation design skills (training provided)
