We are seeking a Principal Digital AI and Integration to provide expert leadership in delivering high-quality digital applications and driving adoption of AI automation and integration across the department.

What youll do

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and platform initiatives ensuring seamless user-centred solutions.
  • Champion low-code/no-code technologies AI automation and integration to improve agility and enhance customer and community experience.
  • Provide authoritative advice on emerging technologies ensuring solutions are scalable ethical secure and sustainable.
  • Manage MLOps processes for effective AI deployment monitoring and lifecycle management.
  • Build and lead collaborative delivery teams fostering innovation and capability development.
  • Balance organisational priorities while addressing challenges such as ethics bias privacy and data protection.

About You

To be successful in this role you will need tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience. You will have extensive experience with low-code/no-code technologies AI integration and digital service delivery. You will have strong knowledge of project delivery and service management in complex IT environments as well as proficiency in relevant programming languages for Azure Salesforce and Pega development.

This role also requires proven leadership in managing teams budgets and stakeholder engagement.

You will be part of a collaborative future-focused department that values innovation integrity and outcomes that benefit the people and environment of NSW.

DCCEEW conserves and protects the states natural environment. It manages the NSW national park estate including its rich and diverse biodiversity and Aboriginal cultural heritage for future generations.

DCCEEW also ensures sustainable management of water resources across the state to support the environment communities and industry.
