Design Responsibilities (UI/UX):

Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
Create wireframes prototypes and mockups using Figma or Adobe XD.
Design clean intuitive and responsive interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Define and maintain design consistency through color palettes typography and component libraries.
Work with teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction.

Development Responsibilities (Front-End):

Convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect responsive web pages using HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Implement interactive elements and animations to enhance user experience.
Collaborate with backend developers for seamless API integration.
Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
Maintain and update existing web interfaces based on new requirements or user feedback.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Design or a related field.
12 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
Proficiency in tools like Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
Strong knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript (and frameworks such as React or Vue is a plus).
Excellent attention to detail and creativity in solving design challenges.
