You will teach Chemistry from KS3 through to A-Level inspiring students to think like scientists to question hypothesise and test their ideas through structured practical work. Deliver inspiring lessons that develop students practical analytical and evaluative skills.
Prepare pupils for external examinations with a focus on high attainment and scientific literacy.
Contribute to the development of an innovative Science curriculum integrating sustainability and real-world relevance.
Support enrichment activities including STEM clubs Royal Society Chemistry competitions and educational visits.
Participate actively in departmental planning moderation and collaborative assessment.

QTS/PGCE and a strong degree in Chemistry or Chemical Sciences.
Evidence of successful teaching or training placement experience at GCSE/A-Level.
Up-to-date understanding of current assessment and curriculum frameworks.
