The Role
- The successful Teacher of Mathematics will teach an ambitious three-tiered Maths curriculum across Key Stages 3 Key Stage 4 (GCSE) and Key Stage 5 (A-Level Maths and Further Maths).
- The Teacher of Mathematics will join a large experienced department (19 teachers) that offers exceptional professional development and career progression opportunities within the growing organisation.
- This role requires the Teacher of Mathematics to motivate and enthuse students across the entire ability range contributing to the schools high achievement culture.
- The Teacher of Mathematics will use the schools VLE (Copia) to access and contribute to curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Requirements
- A good degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Ability to teach Mathematics to Key Stage 5 (A-Level Maths and Further Maths).
- Proven knowledge of the National Curriculum and recent curriculum developments.
