Job Summary
Ready to lead Join Uni-Safe as Workshop Manager manage their Copenhagen workshop and shape top-tier boat service for pro and private clients.
On behalf of Uni-Safe MARPRO Group is looking for a Workshop Manager for the Service Center Copenhagen at Avedøre Holme. You will report to the CEO of the company.
The job
As Workshop Manager at Uni-Safe you will take full responsibility for their Copenhagen workshop overseeing the planning coordination and execution of maintenance and repairs on RIB and MOB boats for the military professional clients and private owners. You will prepare quotes for incoming boats communicate with the clients regarding additional costs and manage servicing both outboard engines and inboard engines such as Yamaha including diagnostic reports and updates to the various suppliers portals. Your role also includes repairing boats made of PVC Hypalon and GRP establishing a mobile service from the Copenhagen workshop and leading the assembly and installation of complete boat solutions.
Professional qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of boats and marine systems preferably with a background as a Marine Engineer Boat Builder Marine Technician or Machinist.
- Experienced in working with engines both inboard and outboard and comfortable with diagnostic procedures and maintenance planning.
- Methodical and process-minded capable of establishing implementing and following structured workshop procedures.
- Ability to guide and support the team encouraging positive habits and a collaborative efficient workshop culture.
- Robust and patient with natural authority and able to handle challenges and coordinate effectively across teams.
- Fluent in Danish and English with strong communication skills for both internal coordination and client interaction.
