Job Description About the Position Position / Specialty: Dialysis RN Days Shift: 3x12 Days 6:30a-7p (Monday-Saturday) Ratios: 1:2 Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Is on-call REQ (Y/N): Yes 2 weekday PM call shifts every 4 weeks and 1 PM call shift every 4 weeks. Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities No Required/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 1 year of acute dialysis experience First-timers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: BLS Certs Pref: ACLS Trauma Level REQ: N/A Equipment Experience Pref: Fresenius 2008T Mobile Reverse Osmosis Machines Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule (Y/N): Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y/N): Yes at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center Teaching Facility Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 820 Scrub Color: Royal Blue Charting: Epic Parking Cost: Nights and weekends only. One-time payment of $20 for parking pass **Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.**
