Job Summary
Registered Dental Hygienist - Full-Time in Downtown Seattle
An extremely friendly and supportive office in Downtown Seattle that values diversity in its staff and patients is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate is hardworking detail-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to build connections with patients.
Job Type & Schedule
- Permanent Full-Time (4 days per week)
- Tuesdays Wednesdays Thursdays and Fridays
- 8 AM - 5 PM including one hour of unpaid break
Compensation & Benefits
- $70 - $78 per hour (32 hours per week)

- Production-Based Bonus System:
- Fluoride Varnish Applications: Earn a bonus for every patient who receives a fluoride varnish treatment. Since most of our patients are employed by companies with insurance plans that typically cover fluoride this is a frequent opportunity for bonuses.
- Specialized Product Sales: Bonuses are also provided for the sale of specific dental products that promote excellent oral hygiene and cavity prevention including ClinPro CariFree and Sonicare.
Requirements
- Active dental hygiene registration with WSDHA and in good standing
- Familiarity with Open Dental software is an asset but not required
