Job Summary

Job Title: Oracle HCM Time & Labor (T&L) Solutions Architect
Location: 100% Remote (Client: Hunter Douglas)
Type: Contract

Overview: Senior functional architect to lead Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor implementation testing and SI partner governance with exceptional stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Lead T&L solution design aligned to business processes and manufacturing plant time capture.
Drive end to end testing strategy scripts execution and defect resolution for T&L.
Manage and hold the implementation partner accountable for scope quality and timelines.
Design/validate integrations for time clocks/Web Clock and downstream payroll (ADP).
Advise on Accu Time TimeCom usage and clock deployment; produce config and impact docs.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and change impacts.

Requirements

Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor as a functional solution architect.
Strong Oracle HCM configuration knowledge with hands on test planning and execution.
Proven experience managing a system integrator/implementation partner.
Expert understanding of Web Clock and plant time clock integrations; TimeCom desirable.
Knowledge of time flow from devices to T&L and into ADP payroll; Oracle HCM Web Clock.
Excellent communication to engage business stakeholders and technical teams
