Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Architect experienced in lab design to their Minneapolis team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for lab and high-tech facilities including teaching/research
- Working as part of a team develop flexible planning grids lab organization diagram and service distribution concepts
- Document laboratory systems (casework lab equipment and lab space development)
- Assist with business development (proposal development client interviews/presentations)
- Build/maintain client relationships
- Use technical expertise to lead team
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture
- 8 years of experience in architectural lab programming/planning
- Registered Architect
- LEED AP preferred
- Experience managing clients project teams and project processes
- Desire to learn more about sustainability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
Salary is commensurate with experience.
