Location: Chanhassen MN (Hybrid Onsite & Remote)
Type: Contract Full-Time Hours

About the Role

Were looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of AI/ML initiatives across innovative digital this role youll collaborate with business data science and engineering teams to identify AI-driven opportunities manage product roadmaps and ensure ethical high-performing solutions are successfully deployed.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the AI product roadmap aligned with business goals and priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to identify AI/ML use cases that solve real customer problems.
Collaborate with data scientists to validate models and guide experimentation.
Own the AI product backlog defining clear user stories and success metrics.
Work with data engineers to ensure high-quality datasets for training and testing.
Promote responsible AI practices including fairness transparency and bias mitigation.
Monitor AI solution performance and track business impact post-deployment.
Communicate progress insights and results effectively across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

4 years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in AI/ML or Data-driven products.
Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle (model development validation deployment).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with cross-functional teams - data science engineering and business.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI tools data pipelines or ML platforms.
Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and best practices.
Technical background or exposure to Python SQL or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
