ROLE DESCRIPTION

Access Global Group is adding a Senior Analytics Engineer to design and build cloud-based analytics and data solutions supporting front-office and asset management initiatives. This role partners directly with investment and technology teams to develop scalable applications automate workflows and apply modern engineering and AI-driven analytics to improve business performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and deliver cloud-based applications analytics tools and models to enhance investment operations and decision-making across front-office and asset management teams.
• Partner closely with portfolio managers traders and analysts to implement technology solutions that strengthen business performance and client outcomes.
• Own the full software development lifecycle-from discovery and design through implementation and iterative improvement-ensuring scalability and long-term value.
• Leverage advanced engineering automation and data science techniques (including machine learning and GenAI) to streamline workflows and optimize processes.
• Uphold agile development principles and modern engineering practices including CI/CD pipelines rigorous testing and peer code reviews to maintain delivery excellence.
• Other duties as requested by leadership

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Extensive hands-on experience as a software engineer with demonstrated success tackling complex business and technical challenges.
• Skilled in tools and platforms relevant to investment and analytics environments such as Aladdin Aladdin APIs Index Data (Solactive S&P) Axioma Perform and Vestmark.
• Strong foundation in agile methodologies continuous integration and automated testing to support efficient reliable software delivery.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability with a strong sense of ownership accountability and continuous improvement.
• Proven domain expertise and the ability to apply innovative engineering approaches that deliver measurable business impact.

OTHER Must have no other full-time commitments ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.
