What You ll Do

Greet customers (in-store & online) respond quickly and deliver outstanding customer service.
Engage shoppers via phone text email and social to set firm appointments and move deals forward.
Present products demonstrate features/benefits and guide customers through an easy buying process.
Handle complaints with empathy and tact while following store policies.
Keep the sales floor signage and displays sharp and on-brand.
Operate CRM and DMS tools accurately; balance simple transactions when needed.
Hit and exceed daily/weekly appointment and sales goals.
Promote current offers and promotions; cross-sell accessories protection and service options.

What You ll Bring

Professional appearance positive attitude and coachability.
Clear communication (phone text email) and strong follow-up discipline.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a fast-paced showroom.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate s a plus).
Clean background and clean driving record; no felony (must pass pre-employment screens).
Retail sales or customer-facing experience preferred; auto sales a plus (not required).
Strong basic math reading writing and computer skills.
