Job Summary

Job Title: Robot Operator

Location: Tulsa OK

Duration: 3 months Contract

Rate: $44 Hourly

Description:

- Work with engineering requirements work orders prints charts sketches work instructions documents verbal and electronic information to manufacture to quality requirements parts and assemblies.
- Fabricate assemblies using computerized numerical controlled (CNC) mediums while simultaneously ensuring product and/or process quality at all levels of the manufacturing operation through monitoring/verification methodologies.
- Determine and adjust as necessary machine feeds speeds and work alignment using shop mathematics charts and graphs and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to machine proof new and revised part programs.
- Adjust tool set-ups and make minor machine adjustments to ensure safe operation of the machine.
- Adapt tooling and holding fixtures as necessary to orient machine tool cutters and machining fixtures.
- Ability to check parts for correct dimensions using heights gages gauge blocks micrometers calipers protractors and other precisions tools.
- Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.
- Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items.
- Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specification.
- Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.
- Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.
- Assist in the training of other assembly personnel in assembly and installation techniques.
Requirements:

Required:

- All candidates must be able to work any shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in a manufacturing/production setting
- Background in aerospace/aviation
o Knowledge of hand tools and precision measuring instruments
