Job Description:
Were seeking an EHR Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 support to EHR end users. This role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and adoption of Electronic Health Record systems. You will troubleshoot issues configure settings and maintain user accounts while facilitating effective communication between end users and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 clinical support and troubleshoot EHR-related issues.
Conduct pre- and post-go-live health checks for operational readiness.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify potential system issues.
Maintain sustainment readiness checklists and issue resolution logs.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and assist in knowledge transfer documentation.

Required Skills:

5 years of application support experience.
3 years of Oracle Health Millennium Cerner EHR experience (highly desired).
Strong technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software.
Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow (highly desired).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
