Job Summary

Associate Campaign Operations 2 hires - one hire to support the New Verticals team and the other to support the Parcels team. STAND OUT QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Data/Segmentation: One theme that i usually say no to candidates is they havent had the experience on working with data/martech to get new profile attributes in the tooling About the Team The DoorDash Campaign Operations teams mission is to efficiently deliver high quality relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences globally. To accomplish this mission were building a team of technical CRM experts who build QA and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft. About the Role As the Associate Campaign Operations you will be responsible for building testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns focused on the Parcels line of business. You will work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch and is delivered on time to the end-user with high quality and excellent craft focused on the expansion of new verticals as well as the greater business. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager. Youre excited about this opportunity because you will Campaign Strategy & Execution: Build launch and optimize retention marketing campaigns across email push notifications in-app messaging and other channels using Braze. Includes owning the QA review process collaborating with designers and copywriters building target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders. Operational Efficiency: Develop scalable workflows processes and best practices to ensure campaigns are launched with high quality and error-free. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with teams such as Lifecycle Marketing Martech Data Science Product Engineering and Design to align on campaign goals audience segmentation and creative execution. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to improve quality craft and efficiency for future initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Campaign Operations for your Lifecycle Marketing partners ensuring alignment with company goals and priorities. Tool Expertise: Leverage Braze and other marketing platforms to implement sophisticated campaigns including automation dynamic content and A/B testing. Were excited about you because Experience: 3-4 years of experience in Retention Marketing Email Marketing or Lifecycle Marketing. Experience in creating multi-channel communications spanning across emails SMS push notifications. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Braze is required with a proficiency in HTML and basic CSS for email design and troubleshooting. Familiarity with other marketing automation tools is a plus. Operational Excellence: Strong attention to detail organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize campaign development and quality SQL knowledge preferred. Collaborative Approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
