Job Summary

Roles/Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain web applications using C# Web API and Angular
Support and maintain legacy systems developed in WebForms WinForms and Classic ASP
Provide ongoing support for application issues resolve bugs and enhance system functionality
Conduct code reviews for Information Technology Analyst (ITA) Level I and II developers
Perform full stack development across front-end and back-end technologies
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
Manage application deployments and coordinate release activities
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and system configurations
Collaborate with business analysts developers and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development
Proficiency in C# .NET and Web API development
Strong experience with Angular (v19 preferred) TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3
Strong SQL Server experience with T-SQL table views stored procedures and relational databases
Experience with RESTful services and API integration
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control systems

Desirable Skills:

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure
Experience maintaining legacy applications in WebForms WinForms and Classic ASP
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
