Note: 6 month anticipated assignment. Possibility of extension based on demand. Possibility of conversion but not a guarantee. Location - Hybrid. Candidate must be located in commutable distance (within 1 hour) to Charlotte NC. Onsite requirement would depend on project needs but could be onsite several times each month. Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm EST OT not anticipated. Interview Process: First Round Video Interview with Direct Manager & Commercial Team. • 3 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data model security model and governor limits
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware ETL tools)
• Ability to design scalable HLD/LLD solutions following Salesforce best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Design develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex LWC and Visualforce
• Lead Salesforce implementations across Sales and Service Clouds including CPQ
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware tools
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality maintainable solutions
• Provide technical guidance documentation estimates and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
• 3 5 years of Salesforce development experience
• Proven experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts data modeling and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
