Job Summary

We are looking for a Content Seeding Executive to strengthen our brand presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) by posting authentic engaging comments from multiple user profiles. This role is critical in driving conversations improving visibility and subtly amplifying our campaigns in an organic way.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and manage multiple user profiles on Instagram & Facebook
Seed comments on posts ads reels and relevant conversations to create buzz around the brand
Craft comments that feel authentic natural and engaging not promotional
Identify trending posts viral reels and communities relevant to our campaigns
Work closely with the marketing team to align comments with campaign objectives
Track and report seeding activity and performance (reach engagement uplift etc.)

Requirements

12 years of experience in social media marketing community management or digital engagement (freshers with strong platform knowledge can also apply)
Strong copywriting & conversational writing skills in English (Hindi/regional language is a plus)
Deep understanding of Instagram & Facebook culture tone and commenting styles
Ability to manage multiple personas/profiles without overlap
Attention to detail creativity and awareness of trending formats
Experience working with D2C brands or digital agencies
Understanding of performance marketing and how content seeding supports growth
