Job Summary

Develop and review method statements mix designs and work procedures for marine grouting activities.
Supervise and monitor grout mixing pumping and injection operations for compliance with technical specifications.
Perform and review grout quality control tests (density flow setting time bleed strength etc.).
Coordinate with foremen divers QA/QC and client engineers to ensure smooth site execution.
Prepare and maintain detailed grouting logs test reports and daily progress reports.
Troubleshoot issues related to pressure leakage or equipment performance during operations.
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures inspection plans and test protocols for marine construction activities.

Monitor grouting parameters (pressure flow and volume) and ensure quality test results meet project standards.
Coordinate with clients consultants and third-party inspectors for quality and testing approvals.
Maintain and update calibration records of marine and laboratory equipment.
Support HSE and quality improvement initiatives through training and performance monitoring.
Participate in technical meetings documentation reviews and project handover processes.
Support in volume calculations material estimation and project scheduling.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marine Engineering / Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 510 years of experience in marine or offshore construction projects.
Proven experience in QA/QC roles for marine infrastructure such as jetties ports quay walls or offshore foundations.
Sound understanding of marine construction methods grouting techniques and underwater works.
Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001 BS ASTM EN).
Familiar with NDT welding inspection material testing and calibration procedures.
Experience in mix design grout testing and performance evaluation.
Proficiency in QA/QC documentation report preparation and data analysis.
Skilled in Microsoft Office AutoCAD and QA management systems.
