Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your mechanical maintenance expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative ensure the optimal performance of plant machinery and contribute to the reliability of our manufacturing processes.

Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering operations and quality assurance) diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues and much specifically take care of predictive and preventive maintenance of CNC machines PLC systems automated machining lines and industrial robots but also support TPM initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Well look to you for:Performing hands-on mechanical maintenance of plant machinery including CNC machines PLC systems conveyors and industrial robotsInterpreting mechanical drawings and applying strong knowledge of machine elements

Diagnosing and troubleshooting faults in pneumatic and hydraulic systemsExecuting lubrication routines to ensure optimal performanceCollecting and analyzing daily machine data to identify and resolve issuesMonitoring key maintenance KPIs such as Availability MTBF and MTTRContributing to TPM initiatives Kaizen 5S and cost-saving projects

Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of mechanical systemsKnowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems lubrication systems bearings and mechanical drivesBasic understanding of electrical components and utilities in machineryFamiliarity with TPM Kaizen and continuous improvement methodologiesEffective spare parts management skillsProficiency in computer applications
