The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help deliver engaging lessons provide one-to-one and small group support and promote positive behaviour and wellbeing across the classroom.
Key responsibilities:
- Support pupils with academic social and emotional needs
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
- Deliver targeted support to individuals or small groups
- Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
- Contribute to creating a safe positive and inclusive learning environment
