Key responsibilities:
- Support pupils with SEMH in class and small group interventions
- Assist teachers in behaviour management and engagement strategies
- Provide one-to-one or small group support tailored to individual needs
- Encourage social emotional and academic development
- Maintain a safe structured and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH
- Calm patient and empathetic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow guidance and adapt to individual pupil needs
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
