We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role involves inputting updating and managing data in digital systems with a strong focus on accuracy and consistency. No complex software skills requiredjust basic computer knowledge and the ability to work independently from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into spreadsheets databases or company systems
Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them when needed
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information
Follow instructions and complete data-related tasks in a timely manner
Perform routine data clean-up and formatting
Communicate with team members via email or chat when necessary
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (typing email internet use)
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
