Now Hiring: School Psychologist Full-Time Opportunity Immediate Interviews
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to welcome a compassionate and motivated School Psychologist to our educational team for the current school year. This full-time position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students by supporting their emotional social and academic development within an engaging elementary school environment.
As a vital part of the student services team youll work collaboratively with teachers administrators and families to remove barriers to learning and promote the mental well-being of every child. Through data-driven interventions counseling and consultation youll help students gain confidence strengthen coping skills and reach their full potential.
In this role you will conduct classroom and behavioral observations to assess student needs and guide effective intervention planning. Youll provide both individual and group counseling to help students navigate emotional behavioral and social challenges fostering resilience and self-awareness. Collaboration will be central to your work as you partner with staff and families to design and implement strategies that enhance student growth and overall well-being. Additionally youll contribute to cultivating a positive inclusive school climate that supports student engagement while also focusing on early intervention to identify and address issues that may impact academic success.
Requirements
This position is ideal for a School Psychologist who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is deeply committed to creating safe supportive and empowering spaces for all learners. Candidates should hold a masters degree or higher in School Psychology or Educational Psychology along with valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. The NCSP credential is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal analytical and communication skills are essential to success in this role.
