Responsibilities
- Travel to different dental offices and complete projects as scheduled
- Troubleshoot possible network problems and help suggest solutions
- Communicate and work with team members to coordinate efforts to support clients
- Possible 2-3 day projects for building an entire IT infrastructure at a new or converting dental office
- Local and state-wide installation
- Effective client communication before during and post projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Willingness to travel via driving & flying.
- An understanding of networking and computer systems
- The ability to learn through research technical certification and on-the-job training.
- The willingness to communicate and work in a team environment while maintaining the ability to be self-driven.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. These are a must.
- A working knowledge of computers server and network systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-3 years of network installation experience
- Prior on-site IT working experience
- Certifications in IT field are a plus
Additional Requirements
- 75% of travel in and out of the state of Texas
- Valid drivers license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
